Booking Details
The Bothy is available to let at £495 per week, with rental running from Saturday-Saturday, or for £95 per night with a minimum booking of 3 nights. Payment must be by cheque or bank transfer.
Payment terms are one-third deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental period. Booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation. In the case of bookings made less than 8 weeks before the commencement of rental, the full payment will be due immediately.
In the event of cancellation by the client before the balance becomes due, we will make reasonable endeavours to re-let the property, and if this is successful the deposit will be repaid in full.
A security deposit of £100 must be provided at the commenement of rental, which will be returned providing that no breakage or damage has taken place. The property must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, and we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the security deposit in the event that this is not the case.
